Agricultural Leases (Reletting) Amendment - A Webinar

The Government of Malta announced that it shall table amendments to the Agricultural Leases (Reletting) Act, Chapter 199 of the Laws of Malta. These amendments are set to shift the dynamics between land owners and their tenants, in what seems to be attempt at regulating the constitutional shortfalls of old agricultural leases.

In this webinar, we shall examine the proposed amendments in order to understand how they are going to affect the rights of the owners and the tenants respectively.
