Carlos Bugeja

Carlos holds an LL.D. degree and an M.A. (Law) degree from the University of Malta, and was called to the Bar in 2012.

Carlos focuses his practice on civil law and civil litigation, and primarily advises and assists individuals, business entities, and state authorities in navigating the complexities of real estate law, providing comprehensive legal support with property transactions, property disputes, real estate projects, and contracts of works whilst also dedicating attention to contract, planning and public procurement law.

Carlos is involved in a number of legal publications, and also serves as an examiner and a lecturer for the University of Malta.
